Tuesday intervals

This was terrible. I thought this would be fun, but I barely finished 2/3 of the workout. After a 10 min bike warmup I did:

1. 400 1:37
2. 600 2:25
3. 1000 4:10
4. 400 1:40
5. 600 2:30
6. 1000 4:12

My HR was at 180 at during the last 1000. I ran out of energy and time and went home...very tired...
