Friday - 1500Y swimming with intervals. Felt strong and did 50 Y intervals under 50 seconds. Fast for me. Then, hard spin bike intervals for 25 minutes. Oveall an intense and good workout
Saturday: Bike Time Trial - this was really hard, but very rewarding for me. I realize after this workout that I need to be doing this sort of hard riding with other people at least once/week this year (2005) to really get fast during the year. It was hard to keep up after the first half of the workout, and I felt really tired afterwards.
Sunday: my foot was still swollen/sore. I did the swim workout followed by a 1:20 min the EFX elliptical trainer.
