Saturday: "time trial" with Carles, Marci and their athletes (Dennis and Mary Kashishke, Mark, Eric, Julia) Steve and I. The teams were marci/dennis/myself/julia/steve vs the others. we were the "slow" team, although I think Marci beat Carles up the hill....which I now know is rather popular - Couser Canyon. that was fun. We rode back to the house and then went to the track for intervals.
summary: 50 miles, 3:20 total, then, 2 miles @ 7:30. 3:35 total
Sunday: Easy 2500Y swim. all freetyle. 1:15 min total
