Jan 2 I did a really hard run with Andi, Steve, Guest#1 (male), guest#2 (female). I led the charge up the hill while they took it easy behind me, but then it got super hard for me going up El Camino Real and my heart rate raced up to 176. I was sooo tired that i cut the course short.
today - 7.5 miles in 1:07 (9 min/mile). go figure.
