Actual - weight workout with Julia a the PAC as I'm doing Andi's swim tomorrow morning. I was totally dead tired today. My legs were super sore when we did lunges. I worked out for about an hour, with 45 min being aerobic on bike/treadmills before after weights

Schedule - 3 hour bike, 30 min run
Actual - I rode 2.5 hours through RSF and ran for 30 min. Very slow bike. Very tired run
Friday 11 March
Schedule - 1 hour weights, 45 min run at easy pace
Actual - 2 hour weighs, 1 hour run
Thursday 10 March
Schedule - 2 x spinning (2:30)
Actual - 2.5 hour spin, 30 min run
Not too tiring.
Wednesday 9 March
Schedule - 1:15 min run
Actual - 1:08 Trail run, very slow. Average HR 151

Schedule - 2 x spinning, 35 min run
Actual - 1 hour spin, 30 min run, 30 min weights
