Big training day. I think lost 3 lbs today alone (at least the scale thinks I did)
- did a 5:30 am run with Bernie an Julie. They run at a easy (9 min) pace and we ran the TP/DelMarHeights road route from the PAC

- run to CVMS track..then
- 2:22 600m, 45 sec 200m
- 2:13 600m, 41 sec 200
- 2:17 600m, 37 sec 200
- 2:16 600m, 38 sec 200
- 2:25 600m, 42 sec 200
- average HR during intervals - 167
- peak HR - 182
The intervals were very hard - i was VERY tired and did them alone. but I did them....and realized i'm getting MUCH stronger -especially in the 6" between my ears.
