Tuesday workouts

8 am - EfX 30 min, 110 average HR

11 am - 1.5 hour 25 mile bike, average HR 128, Max 170

Felt good on both events today.  Slept 8 hours last night and felt well rested.  When I first pushed it on the bike felt sluggish, but after 20 min felt strong.  Strangley, i'm drifting heavier  - 176 - this morning.
