what's happened?


been in a rut for months now. running more...or less...weekly.  2-3 times, sometimes more.  It's the first week in May 2019 and i've been stuck at 175 or so for months.  Running is usually a strain, especially the first mile or two.  Heavy breathing, feeling heavy.  but still running.  I"ve been doing (slightly) more pushups/weights very recently and also eating more keto style.  Let's see if 40 m/week is possible by late june.  5 days/week running plus biking

  • ran two miles around the bayfront.  Walked more than ran.
