well, that was REALLY hard - no - it was impossible. 4 x 1 mile in 6:20? I failed.
Workout plan: 4 x 1600 in 6:20 (9.4 mph).

I was really running as hard as I possibly could. I had to use a treadmill (as it was raining) and kept slowing it down. I may have been able to go faster on a track/road but I was so tired it was like doing a hard bench press without a spotter.
