Wednesday - Saturday Workouts

Wednesday - masters swim - 2500 Y. Felt so-so. still a bit tired from Tuesday

Thursday - Rest

Friday - Just marci and I at the Tri training group...1 Hour bike HR 145.

Saturday - 2:01 bike ride (HR 141) up the coast. Very easy...average speed: 17.7 MPH
40:30 min 5 Mile run HR 155. felt good.
