Sunday swim-to-run
2300 Y in 45 min. Slow, mellow swim:
500 warmup, 3x300 pull/paddles, 100 kick, 2 x 400 swim.
run - 1:20:53, HR 141 average. Felt easy. Had some foot pain (right foot) in last 1/2 hour of run.
