Sunday swim-to-run

Felt good today.

1500 Y Swim: 500 warmup, 500 pull, 500 pull/paddles

10 min transition

1:22 min run HR 144

I ran from the PAC down to sorrento valley and turned around at the light. I had to force myself to run slower as my heart rate kept climbing above 150.
