Tuesday PAC tri training
Swim to spin: 300 warm up, 200 IM then 100 tempo (1:45) followed by 2 x 25 sprint. we did this three times hard, then a 100 cool down. The spin was hard 2 min drills after a 10 min warmup. not to brutal overal.
