24 mile ride, 1:23, HR 149
Nice, warm saturday afternoon. Did the RSF 24 mile loop. Felt like I was going mostly easy, until some fat guy passed me at the bottom of santa luz. Well, we could not let that stand. I waited until he was going up the hill and flew passed him...that pushed my HR up to 173. don't know how far ahead I got as I never looked back and never saw him again.
