2:30 min ride, TEMPO - very tired most of the time. HR 150 average
I met Dennis, Kathy and Carles at their place at 6:40 this morning. I felt tired almost as soon as we climbed the first little hill into San Elijo Hills. As we went through Elfin Forrest I was breathing real hard (HR 166). They dropped me near the end of Elfin..I rode with them again until they were approaching wholford and then turned around. Oh yea, I punctured on the way back 1 mile from the car. the new tube had a pinch too...wonderful.
