I was supposed to swim to run today...but instead I just ran....

Very easy run to sorrento valley and through the trails for an extra 30 minutes. I was a bit tired at the beginning but felt great after about 10 minutes. the rest was mostly low (as low as 115 HR at one point) running...slow and easy. I was not all that tired when I finished either. My right knee was sore for a short period, but it went away.
