2400 Y (1 hour)
I was the only one at master's today for the first half. Then I was joined by Barbara for the last half. The workout was 500Y warm up, then I did 900 Y as 12 x (50 easy, 25 sprint). All with the pull/paddles gear. It was a strange experience trying to sprint with the paddles - sort of hurt my shoulder. Then we did 2 x 400 as 4 x (75 stroke, 25 sprint) then 200 cool down.
