Running will be my focus until the marathon.
Saturday: easy 1 hour trail run.
sunday: pump station run - 1:22, HR 146...I felt stiff after Sat as it was the first real run for a couple of weeks. today after about half way I was dead and running slow. My HR went up to 160 on the hill on the way back despite the slow speed. I was not really breathing hard, but felt a strange awkward fatigue of not having worked out for weeks.
