Warmup - 200Y swim, 200Y pull/paddles, 200Y breast: DONE
16 x 100Y in 2:00 => DONE this was very hard as I've not been swimming much the last few months. I did the first few in 2:00 and then slowed to about 2:05 and then 2:10 where I remained until the last one .
400Y IM => ALMOST DONE I did 2 x 100 IM. I don't belive I could do a straight 400Y IM after that workout, not yet anyway.
200Y cooldown: DONE
