Thursday Intervals

Workout: 20 Min warmup => DONE - felt fine

8 x 400 in 1:35 => Done - I had to measure out 400M near my office as I was in the middle of the workday and didn't have the time to drive to a track. the route was slightly downhill (but into the wind) the times/HR were as follows

Felt fast during the intervals.
