Did 90% of swim workout, I was quite tired toward the end:
- 400 Mixed stroke warmup: did a couple 100Y IMs and the rest was freestyle
- 20 x 50 Y fast with 20" rest: yikes this was hard! it was real hard to start near the end of these. I think I was doing them at like 1:05 by the last few.
- 200 Pull and padles - easy, focus on form and relaxation
- 3 x (3 x 100)..this was hard too! I was going slow for these...
so slow and tired that I did not do the last cool down.. I did 100 Y and crawled out of the pool.
