Tuesday 13 Sept - Bike intervals

1:30 minutes total

did specific workout completely:

- 13 mile warm up: easy up and down the coast near Carlsbad

- 6 miles @ 21 mph, 5 min rest: this was not hard. I pushed to maintain a 21 MPH
average (it was windy) and my HR averaged 150 during this part.

- 2 x 3 miles @ 19 MPH: easier than the last one, still pushing harder than a typical ride.

- 6 mile cool down: easy ride back to Palomar airport and El Camino Real
