bike ride and run:
3:00 ride (50 miles) 17 MPH average HR 135 average
30 min run HR 151 average
Went through RSF, harmony grove and LaCosta then home down the coast. felt mostly good, passed a bunch of folks. Never really pushed it that hard - but then again - I was not going all that fast either. Did a quick (5 min) transition and did a 30 min run. felt surprisingly good. Overcast day helped a lot.
