am: fast 3 mile run - 24 min. I ran down and around the neighborhood, mostly flat. I was tired an sore when I woke up so the first mile was not that fast.
pm:40 min total 2 mile jog to new soccer field, followed by 2x(bounding, high back kick, left side run, right side run, accellerations). this was followed by 6 x 100 m fast accellerations. Then two miles home.
