Sunday PAC workout

Sunday at the PAC - bike to swim. Steve C., Chris H., Angel., Marci and I did a "team" time trial near fairbanks: average HR was 151 peak was 177! this was hard at times. The swim was 1000Y mixed. I did my 100Y (pulling) sets in 1:35.
