Saturday - bike and run intervals - 7 hours

109 mile ride up to Dana Point and then back. Averaged 17.5 mph and was never really pushing hard. I did this alone and felt good. I ate the following:

pre-ride - 1/2 a pear, 1 gu/gel, some coffee

during ride: 1 bannana, 1 gu, 2 packages of cliff gel blocks, 12 oz gatorade, 12 oz lemonade, 12 oz water, 12 oz coca-cola, 1 snickers bar, 1/2 package lays potato chips.

Intervals:

800 - 3:32
400 - 1:35
200 - 48

800 - 3:28
400 - 1:38
200 - 42

800 - 3:33
400 - 1:31
200 - 38

I was DEAD after these intervals, which I did at the beautiful Torrey Pines High School tartan track
