I was real tired when I got up today. hard to walk downstairs. by 9:00 I felt much better and worked out from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
2500 Y swim done as: 300Y x 8 + 100 cool down. I mixed up the strokes during the swim from free style, to pull/paddles, to IM. I did some 50s near the end in like 45 seconds each (4 of them). mostly an easy day.
after a quick change I did a 45 min run, very easy, down to the end of the trail and back. It was warm and I felt very slow during the run.
