Wednsday's workout - 2:30

am: Swim 3000 Y as 300 sets. I mixed in 25% strokes (750 Y) with mostly 100Y sets of breast and back. at least one set of 100 fly...

pm: 1:15 min run about 9 miles. my right knee was sore during the run, but i was able to keep the pace up
