13 mile run with Matt and Bernie starting from the PAC at 7:30 am.
this is the run:
we did it at about 8:30/mile, going down very slow (for me) up the hill at TP, and up to 6:30/mile along carmel valley road on the way home. I was very weak and tired on the way out to the beach due to non-recovery from the prior day, but felt much better 1 hour into the run after we began going downhill. I even saw Jon Miller at the bottom of the hill.
