Monday 11 Aug - 13 more days

Last few days (going backwards)


Monday 11 Aug - today

did about 2200 in the pool:

300 warmup
2 x 300 pull

6 x 50 in 45-50 seconds

300 pull

5 x 100:

2:00, 1:55, 1:50, 1:45, 1:40 (that last one was really hard...i came in from the 1:45 right at the the time so i had no rest and headed out again for the 1:40)

200 cool down

Sunday 10 Aug

Had Matt/Ellie over for brunch...

later that day did a 1:30 min run - very slow, very hot, very tired, very heavy. I did not want to do this and I felt slow/weak the whole time


Saturday 9 Aug

Bike intervals - 30 min warmup, then 3 x 5 mile time trial as fast as possible::

#1 - 11:37
#2 - 11:46
#3 - 11:39

again, on that last one aveaged like 25 mph and a HR of about 165

kept riding until i hit 65 miles

next - run 30 min - very quick, light easy, fast.

Friday 8 August

Cove 2 mile swim - about 1 hour
