Tuesday 7 October

Well, I ALMOST did the 18 mile run for today. Instead it appears that I only did a 17.5 mile run from home to fletcher cove and back. I did it in about 9 min/mile and while I started stiff, I ended up feeling fine.

I raced mile 16 with some women that insisted on passing me, but did not have the strength when I decided to speed up. I suppose I should have let her pass, but I just could not do it.

starting my 1000/day cal deficit diet. this should lose me 2 lbs/week which will mean that i'll be:
