Well, what an unproductive month! i've worked out a total of three times, the last time was about a week ago when I ran 10 miles through scenic Washington D.C. I did run rather fast (8 min pace) which was more than I planned, but was sore and tired afterwards...and then I got sick!
I've been in bed/out of bed/sleeping since then. heading to Las Vegas for CES will not provide much help, but boy next week! How did I get up to 185 sitting in bed??
