Wednesday 11 Feb:
5:45 am swim - about 3000Y (500 warm up, 4 x 200 (50M IM), 4 x 200 free, 4 x 100 free, 4 x 50 free, 4 x 100 kick, 200 pull)
8:00 - 11:00 - mt. soledad HILL ride
this bike ride really wiped me out. I went to lunch, could not eat, then tried to nap, etc. did not feel good again until today.
Tuesday 10 Feb:
8:30 am swim 1 hour
9:30 - 11:30 2 hour spin
not too hard!
Monday 9 Feb:
1 hour efx, 1 hour walk with 25 lb backpack (long story)
Sunday 8 Feb:
skipped the SD Half and instead ran 12 at noon...52 out, 50 back to seagrove park
