Well, after three weeks of loafing (or was it four?) I'm back with regular training again. This week I began with an 8 mile run with Mike that was a nice 8 min pace. Tuesday I did an easy swim for about 2000 Yards, and then wednesday a DEATH ride of 110 miles through Henshaw. I was just not up for this ride.
I rode with greg and he had to keep slowing down for me. I hate it when I do that to people.
Today I missed my time with Erin, but did about 30 min of drills, followed by 30 min of weights. I'm going to do a spin class at 4:30 and then rest up for the weekend.
