55 mile bike ride

David Mandel and I did a nice 54 mile ride on a cool, nice morning: the bandy canyon loop. It was a bit cool(low 50s) in the morning at 8:00 when we started, but warmed up to like 60 degrees by the time we finished. perfect for a ride. I steel feel quite slow and heavy most of the ride, that we did quite slow (16 mph).
