I wont' bother putting the last couple weeks of training/non-training in. Suffice to say there was more "non" than training. Been to Orlando and Las Vegas. Running in Orlando was super hot/humid and I got lost...it sucked.
today I ran the 8.3 mile pump station run in 1:15, just under 9 min/mile. It was very easy and I was never really pushing it. But inasmuch as I have not run for like a week it should have been easy. Tomorrow i'm going to slightly modify my schedule and do 90 min on the EFX trainer to save my legs for the 2 hour run Thursday morning.
