I'm did not sleep all that well last night. Had the fast HR (>85 bpm) and high body temp and a lot of trouble sleeping. I think I slept like 4-5 hours max, but it could only be describe as restless sleep.
Woke up spontaneously at 4:45 am and went to the gym later on (after coffee) for the 5:45 am spin class. Did the 1 hour spin: 1 hour, 584 cal, HR 120/143
After the 1 hour spin I ran with Andi, Bernie and Julie to the trail and back : 4.5 miles in 35 min (7:45/mile), 513 cal, 35 min, HR 150/171
at 4:30 did the Carles spin class: 54 min, 502 cal, HR 116/144
Food: protein smoothie at PAC, purfit bar, protein/banna shake, steak salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing, vegatable soup. Total Cal: 1700 Cal including 100+ g protein.
