lap 5 - 85 - feeling better
lap 6 - 84 - that' my pace
lap 7 - 87 - trying to relax
lap 8 - 86 - too easy...but....left calf hurting1
lap 9 - 85 - left leg feeling worse - calf - during the recovery
lap 10 - 87 - lef leg in bad shape
did cool down at this point.
