Quick wrap up without very nitty gritty detail:
- I'm injured - but only mildly. While doing intervals Saturday morning my left calf beging getting sore in the middle of the set. I kept going, but did not finish the set but rather stopped at the 10th one. Oddly, I felt worse during the recovery than the intervals themselves. I did the "trigger point" therapy on my calf again Saturday after the intervals.
Sunday I rode for 2 hours, then tried to run but I could only manage 2 miles and had to walk back home. I've been ok walking today and will try to see what it feels like in the am.
