Sunday bike and run

Plan: 2 hour bike followed by 6 mile tempo
Actual: 2 hour bike followed by..breakfast

I wanted to run the 6 miles - really I did - but I was so tired on this day that I could not make myself do it.

the bike was easy. First day out on the Cervelo in awhile. Came home to run and thought I was going to pass out though.  So I passed on the run.  My legs were still sore and very tired from the intensity of the week and although I could have sloughed it out - I passed.
