Went to the track to run the intervals...and my body said to me "what do you think you're doing asshole?",
"running some 6:40/mile intervals" I replied
"no you're not" said my body
"yes I am" said my mind.
Well I did the first one at 3:32, and felt like I was about to die. Jogged an 800, tried again and made it one lap only. in 2 min. My kidneys were killing, my legs started cramping and I thought I was going to pass out.
"see?" my body said to me...and laughed.
