Busy Wednesday

Plan: 6 mile run in 50:00, pm: 2:30 min bike at low intensity*-
Actual: 6.2 mile trail run in 56 min, 1 hour spin

I was so slammed with work today that I could only do the two hours of working out. i'm still sore:

1. my quads are sore to the touch
2. my left achilies tendon is sore after I'm sitting for an hour or so and begin to walk
3. my right knee was sore during the bike
