BEGIN - 30 days without rest day and low calorie consumption to jump start training for the Berlin marathon.
today I only had time for a 30 min EFX workout (so far) and my HR was like 75 unless I put the machine on 15 and went hard. Strange. I had (perhaps) a mild flutter problem with my heart as I was going to sleep last night - ate too much chocolate again. That seems to be the trigger, so - note to self - don't eat chocolate.
16 weeks to go. run today!
