Thighs still sore from Tuesday V02Max speed at Tempo distance "crazy" treadmill workout.

Had breakfast with Hutch yesterday at the potato shack.  Found out that he had done Tecate-Ensenada the same era as I had.   We talked about multi-year planning WRT schedules from Higdon, Daniels, Pfitzenger and others.  As I'm aiming for success by 2016 that works.

I ran 10 miles yesterday along the San Elijo trail from Swamiis and felt ok, but sore and slow.
