Conditions: nice cool (64+) evening. first night after daylight time at the track
Morning weight/sleep/nutrition: 166.8/9.1, 6 hours sleep,light food during the day
Pre-Stretching today: Used the TP Roller this morning when I woke up, and at noon and just before the track
How it felt: hard at first, but mostly very easy and fun. Ran and talked with everybody and it was great. We did a core workout too.
