Penasquitos 11 mile trail run


Plan: 11 mile canyon trail run
Actual: 11 mile canyon trail run @ 9:41/mile. Took the numerous 100-300' climbs very easy today
Conditions: beautiful run at 8:20 am today.  Crisp, low 60s, 
Morning weight/sleep/nutrition: 168/8.1, did not sleep that well last night and only 6 hours
Pre-Stretching today: Used the TP Roller this morning when I woke up, before I ran, after I ran and at bedtime


How it felt: Ran in the Hoka shoes, and it felt easy the whole time.  I'm a bit sore now (in the evening) but cannot complain.
