Still sore a week later

Plan: 5 miles easy
Actual: 5.1 miles easy
Conditions: 89 degrees. Hot. Dry. Windy. 
Morning weight/sleep: 174/6/10.6, 7 hours sleep
Stretching today: nothing yet. 


How it felt: left hamstring is sore.  I felt heavy and slow - still - today.
