I'm back?

16 months at FB have not helped my running...
(but have been an interesting ride)

What to say, since the Boston Marathon last year - the one where I was so out of shape I ran a 1:35 first half and a second half...I walked.  I was in the midst of the Boston marathon training, but working at FB and with little time to train Jan - April, I floated down in mileage and shape. 


Morning weight/sleep: 
  • Weight: 170.3
  • Sleep: 6.5 hours
Today's Plan:  Push ups, juggle, 1 x ab workout on swiss ball
Actual: did the workout
Conditions:   in my appt
How it felt: I had a bad day
