What to say, since the Boston Marathon last year - the one where I was so out of shape I ran a 1:35 first half and a second half...I walked. I was in the midst of the Boston marathon training, but working at FB and with little time to train Jan - April, I floated down in mileage and shape.
Morning weight/sleep:
- Weight: 170.3
- Sleep: 6.5 hours

How it felt: I had a bad day
