I "ran" 5 miles this morning in Redwood city and like the past several months - especially the past several weeks - I feel like i'm getting worse quickly. Never quite feel good and easy. Strategies for overcoming this will be even slower, but longer runs.
I read in letsrun.com that as runners approach and pass the 60 year mark it gets worse quickly. I've been pretty lucky to have been able to keep running fast - until 2016 when I started at FB. Then it got bad quickly. Three years of sporadic training has been hard.
new goal is 6 days/week of aerobic training and 3 days to include strength training.
