Trying to establish a regular life routine today on 8/1 and have it last forever - but - there are a few obstacles:
- May get additional ablation surgery in August due to more AFIB
- Work meetings in the morning are hard to workout around
- Bruno walks 3X daily need some of my time and that's when I'd ordinarily run
- motiviation
